Founded by Aggie Grey in 1933, the hotel has blossomed to offer a choice of accommodation styles. It has 34 deluxe rooms and two suites in the new wing; 26 Samoan-style bungalows using local craft that can be witnessed in the intricately woven roof interiors; and 96 standard rooms.
The latter two categories cater for singles through to families. Facilities include a business centre, conference facilities, two restaurants, coffee shop, spacious verandahs, open air pool and a weekly cultural performance.
Fale Poolside Restaurant:
Built in true Samoan open Fale design, the restaurant serves Island cuisine meals 3 times a day from 6h30 am to 10h30 pm. With a seating capacity of 350, it is open 7 days a week with the Island Floor Show and Fire Dance every Wednesday night followed by a buffet of Samoan and Asian delicacies. Don't miss the seafood buffet of imported and local delicacies every Saturday night! Dine to some soothing live jazz!
Le Tamarina Restaurant:
This is a fine dining restaurant, serving European cuisine with a hint of Samoan flavors. You can dine in air-conditioned comfort 6 days a week. 100 guests can be seated comfortably for lunch and dinner only.
Aggie's Coffee Lounge:
Located opposite the reception, the coffee lounge offers an all-day-breakfast menu. You can try the cappuccinos, lattes or your favorite black coffee with a selection of pastries or sandwiches. Look out for the daily black board menu! The coffee lounge is open seven days a week from 6 am to 5 pm.
Gary Cooper's Poolside Bar:
Named after the namesake himself, this cozy outdoor bar offers drinks from chilled beers to tempting cocktails. Guests lounging and basking by the poolside have the convenience of a pool bar on hot afternoons. The bar opens 7 days a week from 7 am to 4 pm.
Fale Poolside Bar:
Fale Bar offers all the cocktails and chilled beers from the poolside bar. You can enjoy your favorite cocktail within the Fale Restaurant with the cool island breeze. It opens 7 days a week from 3 pm to 11 pm. Fale Bar also serves wines for dinner.
Le Kionasina Cocktail Lounge and Bar:
Tucked neatly behind the reception, Le Kionasina offers the ambience of a 4-star hotel. With comfortable lounges and bar stools at your disposal, you can enjoy your drinks in style with views of an apian sunset. It opens 6 days a week from 3 pm to 11 pm with live jazz every Friday night.
USD 75 includes VAGST per person per day - to be taken at Poolside Fale Restaurant ONLY. [Included is 1 x Breakfast (American Buffet), 1 x Lunch and 1 x Dinner (3 courses) The client may substitute the a-la-carte dinner for any of the buffet dinners Friday to Wednesday should the client be staying in the hotel on any of these nights.]

Late check out policy:
- Late check-out is available up to 6 pm for a fee, subject to room availability
- If guests require to check into their room prior to 6 am, a full nights charges will be levied, payable in advance.
Policy on children staying with parents:
For safety reasons, children 16 years of age and younger, are not allowed in the New Wing Rooms and Suites.
Children 5 years of age and younger, are entitled to a free cot when staying in the same room as their parents.
Children from 6 years and under 12 years of age qualify for 50% off on an extra person's rate + 15% VAGST when staying in the same room as their parents.
Cancellation Policy:
Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy will apply:
All cancellations must be forwarded to the hotel in writing or by email. The time of receipt by the hotel determines the time of cancellation. All cancellations must be acknowledged by Aggie Grey's Hotel with a return cancellation number.
