Have a remarkable time in our place! Our central location on the harbor, with easy reach to most of Apia's major tourist attractions, from shopping for curios at the local flea markets to activities for the more adventurous. Enjoy you time also knowing that we operate with our environment, community and culture always at our mind through a wide variety of initiatives.

I left these at default. I would have no way of knowing nor finding out the answer, short of doing non holiday-type stuff, which I wasn't really prepared to do. There was no indication of "non-green" practices, though. Apart from the "normal" apparent food wastage. Hopefully the unused food went to an animal shelter, or pig farming village/family.
