"Room service mixed up our order several times and it took my call to be transfered to reception to be fixed."
Mrs. Sandra W. - Australia on 05/07/2009
"Aggie Greys is an experience to be had. It has so much character we loved it. we booked the new wing room with ocean view and got it. The pool area is great and so is the pool menu. Having a TV in the room with 12 movie channels was a welcome change after 8 nights without. The hotel even had an elevator! Everyone was friendly and helpful and would recommend at least one night while in Samoa."

"A very good hotel in a good location in Apia"

"If you would like to experience Samoa in a relaxed environment where everything is done for you, with the comforts of home then this is the place to be. Aggie Grey's is an amazing place that is in the heart of Apia but is set up so that you feel like you are in a remote location. The facilities are great and the staff go above and beyond the usual call of duty. The theme dinners are great and the food and drink options are a plenty. This is the perfect place for those who prefer a resort facility but do not like the cold and uncomfortable feeling of some upper class hotels. I could not reccommend this venue any more. It was AWESOME!"
Mr. Joe M. - Australia on 23/05/2008
"Our bungalow was impressive and set the mood for our honeymoon and gladly recommend it to all honeymooners. The staff were great from the time we drove up to the hotel to the time we checked out. The location was very handy as it is conveniently located in the heart of Apia which makes it easy to visit attractions around the island.
Thank you for a memorable start to our life together."
Ms. Anna T. - Australia on 05/05/2008
"Payment of bill at end was complicated as neither the person nor the manager on duty were aware of the deposit paid even though they had the voucher stapled to their reservation card. Took a while to explain and the manager still did not understand and was a bit gruff. The other staff did understand and eventually processed the bill with the deposit removed. Not the best considering it was 1am in the morning and we were leaving. Suspect Aggie's had not processed the voucher at the start of the week when it was handed over.

Would be useful if Aggie's could provide plate, knife and fork in the room when requested - all other hotels do. I had some fruit in the room and wanted to cut it up, but they wouldn't supply knife and plate as apparently people steal them?

Air-con in the garden fales is good, but noisy as the outdoor unit is attached to the wooden wall of the fale. Most installations I've on wooden houses the outside unit is on the ground to avoid vibration and noise running through the house.

A suggestion for process improvement - in the morning when you go to the dining room the dining room could advise house-cleaning that you are out of your room so they could then go in and complete room clean. Simple.

"We loved it! Not a gourmet food destination though; the 'casual dining' menu good value compared to 'dinner' or buffet choices.People were fantastic. We will come back one day soon.
Cocktails were stupid prices (high)."
