Staff - friendly, attentive and non-intrusive
Food - ok; more attention to hot service - it was not pleasant to see a large fly caught in the oatmeal cereal!
Spa - lovely setting, excellent massage; could improve by offering a glass of water (spiced with pineapple or lime) at beginning and end.
Bed and bath linen - the dingiest I have ever seen in over 40 years of travel around the world.Beach towels also a bit old.
Excursions: signs advertising daily excursions should indicate that such excursions would not materialize if fewer than 5 people were interested.

Breakfast could be better, no muesli, no yoghurt, both of which are easy to make and standard fare in any hotel which sees itself as international. should also have proper fruit juice rather than a fruit drink. The prices are high for what is on offer so the breakfast should be right up there. Service was excellent.

Idyllic setting, however the substitution policy for food and drink left a lot to be desired. Staff friendly and helpful, food service and quality a bit inconsistent. Fantastic facilities.

The staff at the reception is not well trained. One can not get enough support form the receptionists.

The price of the accommodation does not truly reflect what you get. We were not welcomed but were frowned at when we arrived, as the concierge believed we were a part of a group who had also just arrived and appeared to be disgruntled with. We were escorted to our room by a lovely man but the journeytook some time as we were in the furthest rooms away from reception. You could hear the planes land from this part of the resort. The room is very dated and smelt damp. The sheets and bed covers were stained. Overall the resort is expansive but very expensive. The staff are great other than the receptionist we encountered all other staff were lovely and welcoming. But definitely not worth this much per night. There is much better accommodstin in Samoa at much less a price

This resort is very tired and rundown, my room was smelly and shabby and the ceiling was encrusted with mould. Given the amount that they are charging per night this place is a total rip off so therefore my experience what not what I had hoped for.

It was a really nice accomodation. It is the best accomodation on the island. The service etc was perfect, however there were afew small things that could have easily been done to make it 100% perfect; in our room there was wall paper peelling off in the corner, as we enter the room the ceiling was dirty i think from the aircon and the plug in the sink was broken in the bathroom. Other than these small things it was an amazing holiday.

Service was slow and you had to ask for things a couple of times and be prepared to wait quite some time but generally we were happy with the food and staff.

The resort was wonderful with very friendly and helpful staff - however the food was disappointing in regards to standard and during buffet type meals on special evenings the replenishment of foods was poor

We seem to have be given different information from different staff members about services, times etc. Many of the staff member didnt know what was going on. The information book in the rooms was incorrect/ out of date. The food was not of good standard compared to the prices we were paying. We had out fridge shelf break and lost 2 large bottles of coke which we reported on 3 occassions and still they were not replaced or money refunded. One family members was charged for a room key which was returened but still charged for, another family member was charge $19tala for something which they ciuldnt find a receipt for and still were not refunded the money. Didnt understand why we were charged for waters at lunch/dinner when they are complmeneray at the resort. My family and I had a great time there despite the above & the waitstaff were fantastic, the spa experience was fantastic but a little expensive for what you recieved & Ruta was amazing in helping me to organise my birthday dinner. Fia Fia night was also amazing.

Aggie Greys was great for the one night we stayed there. The only problem was - it was too far from town. Definitely need a car next time we stay there.
