"Bob made us feel so very welcome, from the very minute we arrived. He took us in as if we were friends. His place is so very safe, we didn't even have to lock our room door. Everything was so comfortable, clean, and quiet, it was just what we wanted. Breakfast we delicious, and the staff was so very friendly. If only the rest of the hotel world would realize how easy it is to make people feel welcome like Bob and Aniva did with us! We love Aniva's place!"

"Not at all happy with Aniva's. After taking our booking (reference [L8D7AB] Tauasili Anesi, Samoa Hotel Association) we were advised that check in was not possible in the early hours our flight arrived even though we had specifically aksed whether ealy check in was available. After cancelling our boooking more than 7 days in advance we were syill charged a booking fee against our credit card.
The fact that you are asking us how we enjoyed our stay when we didnt even get to stay indicates many of your systems have flaws. We will be discouraging anyone we know from staying at Anivas particularly as we were charged for no valid reason.
