Located at the edge of the Lava Fields on the waterfront of Saleaula Bay, on the Big Island of Savaii, is Bayview Resort. The last eruption in Savaii forms the dramatic surrounding to this new Resort overlooking the ocean.
On offer at Bayview Resort are budget units with shared facilities, 5 En suite A/C bungalows as well as 5 Fan cooled bungalows with private facilities. The lagoon is perfect for swimming or fishing. Let the folks at Bayview show you how to fish with a net or borrow a rod, reel, and catch a fish for dinner.
There is a spacious restaurant and bar on site with a large deck area for working that tan whilst savoring some cocktails or the world famous local brew, "Vailima".

Facilities & Services
Bayview Resort offers its guests free use of snorkeling gear, kayaks, local canoes and rods and reels. Naturally, a fee will be charged for any damage to the equipment, so ensure to check up properly prior to use.
The Bayview Restaurant & Bar offers a wide variety of spirits, wines and the world renowned "Vailima Beer" locally brewed under license. The Restaurant offerings range from a simple hamburger, fish & chips to local cuisine and some international dishes. Make sure to ask for the catch of the day if available. Full breakfast, lunch and dinners are available. If you are staying over the weekend, make sure to check up if there is a Sunday Toonai Buffet, which consists of local seafood, roast pig and other local delights.
Tours to the Plantation and Cattle Farm can be arranged. Discover caves and craters during the tours if you are in to this kind of activity. Bronson and his family will be happy to accommodate your adventurous needs, for a fee of course. Perhaps a horse ride is more your thing?
Go Catch Dinner - ask one of the boys to show you how to catch fish with a net in the lagoon. The Chef will be quite amenable to cooking your catch for you.
