We didn't get a free transfer from the wharf as arranged therefore we had to find our own way to the hotel which we had to pay for, I received an apology for this when we checked in. Twice there was confusion by staff as to whether breakfast was included with our accomodation although I had provided upon checkin the booking confirmation email detailing all of that. I was also unaware when the booking was made that the swimming pool would be under renovation but we did go for a swim in the sea and the children really enjoyed it. The view was lovely, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

This hotel has some rooms with cold water only showers in the ensuite.
In 4 days of staying here they never changed the towls or made the bed or cleaned in any way the room. (I have come to learn that is normal in Samoa).
In the first room we were in it was very noisy a light was in the inside window all night the air con had never had the filter cleaned but this was still the best of the hotels that we stayed in. Samoa needs to wake up about service and hygeane.

The hotel frontage may put you off but it's quite nice when you get to the hotel. Good menu and almost everything on the menu was available. Close to the market place and some shops/ supermarket.
Still need to do some work on the punch list ( our room was brand new) Great sea view from the new units, small pool. Friendly but not very experienced management.
