Le Ric Housing Motel offers eight 2 x bedroom fully self contained with its own entrance gate on the lower level of the 2 acre complex. These units which can easily accommodate 4 persons at any one time. These spacious units come with complete kitchens, TV, lounge, dining area, store room, washing machine and drinking water cooler.
Internet connection is currently being looked into either for reconnection directly to rooms or a hot spot for guests use.

There are eight Luarrell Units, which are fully self-contained, A/C, full kitchen, dining area, separate lounge with TV, storage room, front and private rear patio with clotheslines. The units consist of one master bedroom with 10,000BTU AC and ceiling fan with queen-size bed and walk-in closet and the second bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan with wardrobe. These spacious and well-appointed units are tiled throughout.
Towels are changed daily. Bed sheets, pillowcases to be changed on a 3rd day basis for a week tenant. Cleaning of units daily from 10:00 - 11:30 hours, from Monday to Saturday.
