Punipuao Cilla Brown was the 2003-2004 Miss Samoa and was sponsored by Lusia's Lagoon Chalets. She is a double degree holder from Auckland University and a black belt in Taekwondo. Cilla and her mom, Lusia invite you to come visit with them.
