Talofa lava, Afio mai, and Welcome to the Samoa Hotels Association office. We are situated inside the Samoa Tourism fale, on Beach Road in Apia. Our doors are always open and our offices are nice and cool. When you are in town come in and say hello. The team at the Samoa Hotel Association Office will be happy to help make your stay in Samoa an enjoyable and memorable one. We can assist with hotel bookings, tours, advice on visitor attractions around the islands, and good places to eat and drink.
Not all travellers think the same way as each has different expectations and desires. Some want to escape their busy worlds to relax on a beach in a hammock, some need an action-packed holiday full of fun and adventure, some wish to explore the beautiful Samoan environment. So whatever your personal needs, the SHA team are here to help.
The SHA team's local knowledge is second to none. Not only do we have excellent combined experience in tourism, customer service, PR, and marketing, (here and overseas), we know all the best places to visit in Samoa, can advise on local customs and protocol, and help to plan your stay to maximise your enjoyment of all that Samoa has to offer - whether for a few days, a week, a month, or longer.
The team at SHA are a well travelled group - we've all spent time living in and visiting different countries around the world, but now we're back home in paradise. We're passionate about our country and all it has to offer.
As well as pointing visitors in the right direction, the SHA team also enjoys our islands as residents. The beautiful seas coax us out most weekends, whether it's fishing, snorkelling, lazing on the pristine beaches or sailing on the tropical blue waters. In addition, we make good use of the golf courses and netball courts, not to mention the bars and restaurants around town. At the end of the day we're all about friends and family, and enjoying the islands we love.
Living on one of the most stunning group of islands in the South Pacific, we well aware that Samoa's unspoilt, natural environment and living culture are the main attractions to visitors. We are totally committed to ensuring that tourism development is sustainable, and does not interfere with the natural beauty of the islands and our people.
As well as running the World Hotel Link e-booking system, SHA's role is to liaise with tourism operators, accommodation providers, government departments, other stakeholders, and of course visitors to Samoa to improve tourist services and facilities. We welcome all feedback so let us know what you think.
We look forward to meeting you so drop us a line or come in and visit.

This site is owned and operated by the Samoa Hotel Association, a member of the Worldhotel-link network. Samoa Hotels provides this local service, offering Samoa Hotel bookings and local Samoa travel advice online as a service to our members. Many of our members are small locally owned accommodation providers unable to access the Internet directly or unable to afford a connection of their own.
Samoa Tourism has begun to make a big impact on the global village-scene and that is why Samoa Hotel Association aims to provide the best service in the industry. That means providing you easy and hassle-free reservations at hotels, guest houses and traditional beach bungalows or fales, as they are locally called. The association promotes best practices and uses the profits from this service to develop the hospitality sector in Samoa.
Samoa Hotel Association has received valuable support in developing this accommodation booking portal and other association activities from the World Bank / IFC managed Pacific Enterprise Development Facility (PEDF). PEDF is committed to supporting development and growth of private, domestically-owned small and medium enterprises (SME) in the Samoa tourism and hospitality industry.
PEDF offers direct services and assistance to SMEs and the individuals or institutions that serve them. It seeks to improve their business operating environment and promote a sustainable tourism industry in Samoa. PEDF was founded in 1990 and funded by five donors: Asian Development Bank, Australia, International Finance Corporation, Japan, and New Zealand.
